What does this package include?

​Review final details from your previous planning and combining our months' worth of guidance with you together    to finalize day of service details.              

Provide lead coordinator services managing the    production of the wedding ceremony and allowing you to enjoy each moment of your wedding day without having to worry about the business and sideline work aspect.

 Lead ceremony processional coordination.

 Assist with  setup of decor items and table setting if  venue of choice does not provide service. 

• Coordinate with main vendors that will be present at ceremony on dedicating an orderly timeline for day of services 

• Greet vendors upon each arrival and provide direction for set up along as being a reference point for any questions or concerns throughout duration of event.

•  Assist with closing out budget and finalizing any payment and gratuity left to vendors. 

• Provide assistance to wedding party and guest as needed throughout the ceremony.  

• Provide an extra hand to the couple throughout the ceremony as needed. 

• Assist in cleanup and closing out at venue and maintaining inventory and packing of gifts 

• Lastly, conquer any spontaneous behind the scenes dilemmas that may arise throughout the ceremony or with the venue.
