This package includes the month of coordination/day of coordination package as well as services from partial planning.

• Provide scheduled meeting sessions throughout each month creating timelines and bookings. 

• Provide assistance with vendor selection, whether it be our preferred vendors or vendors of your choice. 

• Creating and defining a concrete budget

• Assist with theme and color selection

• Assistance with tips and guidance for wedding registry/ website building 

•  Provide assistance with invitation selection 

• Assistance with choosing an officiate 

• Venue selection guidance and secrets to finding the one of your dreams 

• Provide assistance for arrangements for out of town guests 

• Assist with transport arrangements and needs 

• Create a rehearsal schedule if couple chooses to have a rehearsal 

• Attend meetings with other vendors and serve as a in between person for communication and references

• Make sure deadlines for payments and timelines are being met.
